Overall Terms and Conditions

 

If you choose to create your own package, a 20% commission will be added to the total cost. This commission is built into pre-set packages on wedding packages.

A 4.167% Hawaii State Sales Tax will be added to your total wedding cost.

All Packages are based on up to 12 guests attending the ceremony. Additional fees will apply for accommodating more people. All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Payment Process:

Once you have gone over and signed our Terms and Conditions, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will start the process of reserving your vendors. That includes securing your wedding date and the reserving of your Minister, Photographer, Videographer, etc.

Deposits may be made by personal check, money order, cashiers check or travelers check.

Credit Cards and PayPal are subject to a 3% service fee.

If you are booking less then 30 days prior to the wedding date, payment in full is required.

Packages over $2000 will require a second payment of ½ of the full amount sixty days to wedding date. The remaining balance is due thirty days to your wedding date.

Other deposits may be required to secure locations, rentals, caterers, and other services. You'll be notified if these requirements should apply.

 

Cancellation Policy:

The planning and reserving process involves valuable time. Your initial booking deposit of $500 is non-refundable.

Deposits made to vendors are non refundable up to 30 days to event.

Cancellations must be received in writing.
